Packages are generally delivered within 3-5 days after receipt of payment. Delivery costs are included in the prices quoted per bottle to all main centres.  If delivery is to an outlying area, Wineroad will quote you on these delivery costs.  Delivery will be made to the address supplied on the checkout page. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

All goods must be signed for on delivery. If no one is available at the nominated address when delivery is attempted, the wine products will be retained by the courier, in which case notification of the attempted delivery will be given. Any further delivery attempts will be at your cost. We will not be liable for any loss occasioned by any delay in the delivery of any order, nor for any loss, damage or misplacement of any products ordered from us after delivery been made to your nominated delivery address
