Viticulture:
The grapes for this Chenin Blanc originate from vineyards in the Helderberg area of Stellenbosch. The blocks are trellised using the Vertical Shoot Positioning (VSP) trellis system and are equipped with drip irrigation to ensure optimal water management.

Winemaking:
The hand-harvested grapes are transported to the cellar and chilled overnight before processing. Whole bunch pressing is used to extract the juice, which is then allowed to settle in stainless steel tanks for 24 hours. Cold alcoholic fermentation is initiated in stainless steel tanks using wild, natural yeasts. The wine undergoes extended lees contact for 3 months with regular stirring of the lees post-fermentation, which enhances the lush texture of the palate.
