Blaauwklippen Garden Gin is a meticulously crafted spirit that offers a harmonious blend of piney, herbal, and citrus notes. This gin stands out due to its unique vapor infusion distillation method, ensuring the delicate flavors of the botanicals are perfectly captured.

Process:
Blaauwklippen Garden Gin begins with a cane neutral spirit at approximately 96% alc/vol, which is diluted with water to around 50% alc/vol in the boiler of the distillation column. The gin is distilled using the vapor infusion method. In this process, the mix of juniper and botanicals are placed in a basket inside a modified still and only encounter the spirit as vapor. The botanical-infused vapor then condenses into a botanical-infused spirit, known as Raw Gin. This method is considered superior to the steep and boil method, as it prevents the over-boiling of botanicals and allows for the slow extraction of delicate flavors and essential oils.

After distillation, reverse osmosis water is added to the Raw Gin to reduce it to bottling strength.
