The Wine: A ruby red blend of Cabernet Sauvignon , Shiraz and Petit Verdot. Plentiful vibrant cherry and raspberry aromas, with just a hint of oak. Juicy, with rounded and ripe tannins and excellent balance.
Grapes were selected from 4 different sites in the vineyard and harvested by hand at optimal ripeness. The crop was crushed a destemmed in stainless steel tanks, where fermentation took place for 10 days. The wine was then matured in 2nd and 3rd fill French oak barrels for 12 months.
