The wine is sunshine in a bottle. Our Chardonnay has aromas of
rich apricot blossom, lemon and a touch of biscuity
oak. Bursting with pineapple and citrus, interlaced
with chalky acidity. The wine is creamy and nutty,
soft and refined, with an intense finish.
Harvest and Winemaking:
The grapes were handpicked early to mid-February.
Bunches were crushed and de-stemmed before
pressing began and only the free run juice was
fermented in the barrel. The wine underwent
spontaneous partial malolactic fermentation.
The wine was matured for 12 months in 34%new
French oak and 66%second and third fill barrels. The
barrels were gently rolled, twice a month for the first
