Individual components—Shiraz, Pinotage and Malbec—are harvested in the cool morning hours, then carefully sorted and de-stemmed to ensure only the finest fruit is used. Each undergoes alcoholic fermentation before being matured in 300 ℓ French oak barrels, allowing the wines to develop depth and complexity.

After maturation, the finest barrels are skilfully selected and blended, resulting in a wine that is harmonious, structured, and expressive, perfectly balancing the flavour, texture, and character of each variety.

Fresh, elegant, packing mid-palate weight. These three diverse cultivars create a harmonious blend with complex layers of spice, mocha and dark berry aromas. The palate is full around with luscious blackberry, dark chocolate and sweet violet flavours with a dry yet fruity finish.
