Shiraz, matured in French Oak 12-18 months. The fruit is characterised
by intense forwardness and unique tannin structure. The cool climate terrior
means a long, even ripering period, resulting in grapes of intense
fruit, balance, structure and elegance.

An amalgam of berries, spice and wood integration and trademark
herbaceous character and white pepper support. A very soft wine’
