Asara – Vineyard Collection Chardonnay

Harvesting takes place in the cool early mornings into small lugs to preserve fruit integrity. Grapes are cooled overnight, sorted, and gently pressed. Fermentation occurs exclusively in stainless steel tanks at controlled low temperatures to retain freshness and aromatic precision. The wine rests on fine lees for 6 months, adding texture and complexity while maintaining a clean, fruit-forward profile.

Medium-bodied, fresh, and vibrant. Pure, clean flavours of citrus and white pear are complemented by subtle floral undertones. A crisp, mineral-driven palate with refined acidity provides energy and elegance, leading to a refreshing finish.
