Layers of hedgerow fruit add complexity, balanced with a deft touch of oak that adds depth without overpowering the fruit. The wine finishes elegantly, with a lingering echo of black and blueberry fruit, showcasing its wellintegrated structure and layered complexity.

Serve with grilled red meats like sirloin or ribeye steak, barbequed ribs, slow-braised beef dishes, roasted leg of lamb with rosemary, Portobello mushrooms, aged cheddar and Gouda, or dark chocolate with a high cocoa content.
