On the palate, it shows a supple entry with well-balanced, soft acidity that gently frames a layered fruit profile. Flavours of crisp green apple, tangy green citrus, and juicy white peach mirror the aromatics beautifully, delivering strong continuity from nose to palate. Fresh and vibrant throughout, the wine finishes with lingering notes of gooseberry and a delicate thread of minerality, adding depth and complexity.
