Springfield Life from Stone Sauvignon Blanc 2023 is a testament to the extraordinary efforts and unique terroir that define its vineyard in Robertson, South Africa. The wine is crafted from Sauvignon Blanc vines, aged between 19 and 25 years, thriving in a harsh landscape where the soil is composed of 70% quartz and 30% soluble elements. This mineral-rich environment imparts a distinct flinty character to the wine, reflecting the literal translation of its name.
